One of the notable attributes of these artists is their versatility on different instruments. I give it 5 stars because it was the benchmark for recorded live music. ? A solid 8 out of 10. I always consider them to be better value than movies, cos you are going to watch them more. In my opinion, Hell Freezes Over is a slice of Heaven. That's a rarity considering a lot of bands lip synch. I have viewed this concert dozens of times and find it to always be fresh and satisfying. . The mood changes so fast, yet it takes you along with it.
But you put the five of them together, and they create an amazing sound. The opening documentary is interesting, but not very informative. Still, the material holds up and still sounds great. Joe Walsh with his unique voice attained my respect aging gracefully. . This dvd is an indispensable part of my collection. Don't get me wrong, I consider myself an Eagles fan.
However, once they start playing and singing, the result is pure magic. Henley's and Schmit's vocals are just amazing. They did a fantastic job recording each track and utilizing each provided you have at least a 5. I saw this when they were inducted into the Hall Of Fame. I only wish I could have gone to a show. Description Hell Freezes Over is an album by Eagles, released in 1994. Secondly, the members don't seem to be enjoying themselves on-stage in the least bit. I would have liked to have seen this concert in its entirety but not withstanding that this is an excellent addition to anyones' music collection. Well the Eagles got back together in 1994. I detect that there are still some issues among the band members. Too many of the groups slow ballads drown this show in depression. The four new studio recordings are the last to feature Don Felder, who was dismissed from the band in 2001.
. There is no question that there was a considerable amount of time spent rehearsing for this concert, it shows in so many ways. The album is the first to be released after the Eagles had reformed following a fourteen-year-long break up. I remember their name from the 1970s, and now that I know their songs I also remember hearing the songs. What it doesn't do, however, is appeal to those Non-Eagles fans.
They all have gifts beyond comprehension after so long in the business. It went to 1 on the Billboard album chart upon its release where it stayed for two weeks. For me, this is a 10 but then I am a fan. E, and I've seen over two hundred of them. If anything, it makes the grade for the musicianship alone.
