Thank you all for the solution. The point of cloning is to do exactly what it implies: clone, bit by bit, sector by sector, block by block, all data from one drive to other. Be aware that if you copy partition table from sda to sdb you should inverse the order of disks when using sgdisk. That's what a sector by sector clone would give you. Just keep in mind one thing at the outset - a clone is a clone is a clone. The software provides a demo, but to take full advantage of the tool you need to purchase the paid version.
